Quick Overview
Nomad Puzzles Co. puzzles are in-stock and ship promptly. Because our puzzles are a physical product, return and refund eligibility depends on the reason for your request. Please review the sections below carefully before placing your order.
Order Placement
Once your order is received, it is processed and shipped promptly. You will receive a tracking number via email once your puzzle ships. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you as quickly as possible with available options.
Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after placement. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation contact us at orders@nomadpuzzles.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation after the 24-hour window.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
Because jigsaw puzzles are a sealed product, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind once the box has been opened. Unopened puzzles may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Puzzles
We stand behind the quality of every puzzle we ship. In the rare event that your puzzle arrives damaged or defective, we will reship your order at no charge.
To initiate a damage claim: · Contact us within 5 days of delivery at orders@nomadpuzzles.com.Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement promptly — no return of the damaged item required.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong puzzle, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@nomadpuzzles.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will correct the order immediately at no charge.
Delivery Inspection
Always inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your puzzle box shows visible damage from shipping, photograph it before opening and contact us at orders@nomadpuzzles.com within 5 days.
