Order Placement
Once your order is received, it enters production promptly. You will receive a tracking number via email once your puzzle ships. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you as quickly as possible with available options.
Cancellations
Because each puzzle enters production quickly after your order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation contact us at orders@nomadpuzzles.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation after the 24-hour window.
Returns & Refunds
Made-to-Order Policy
Because every Nomad Puzzles Co. puzzle is custom produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Puzzles
We stand behind the quality of every puzzle we ship. In the rare event that your puzzle arrives damaged or defective, we will reprint and reship your order at no charge.

Incorrect Orders

Delivery Inspection
